At COLOMBO 1937, we ensure that each order is handled with the same care and precision as our craftsmanship. Please review the following information regarding shipping, export documentation, and in-store pickup.

Shipping Within the European Union

We offer complimentary shipping within the European Union.
Orders are shipped via trusted express couriers and typically delivered within 5 business days.

Shipping Outside the European Union

Due to international regulations on exotic leathers, customers outside the EU are asked to contact us directly to arrange shipping:

Our team will assist you personally with documentation, CITES permits, and courier arrangements.

Export Documentation — CITES Permit

Products made with exotic leather (such as crocodile) require a CITES export permit (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora). Permit processing requires approximately 14 business days.

Once approved, your order will be prepared and shipped promptly.

Please note: Import restrictions vary by country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify local requirements and ensure necessary documents are in place. COLOMBO 1937 is not responsible for delays or seizures caused by insufficient import documentation.

Duties and Taxes

Prices shown on our website are exclusive of any international duties, VAT, or customs fees. Customers outside the EU are responsible for these charges upon delivery. Customs authorities may require payment before releasing your parcel. In the event of refusal to pay duties and taxes, shipping and return costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

In-Store Pickup (Milan)

In-store pickup is available. If you select the "Pick-Up" option during checkout, your item will be ready within approximately 3 working days. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection at our Milan flagship store: Via della Spiga 9, 20121 Milan, Italy
