At Colombo Via Della Spiga, we are committed to offering exceptional craftsmanship and customer experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—under the following conditions:

Return Period
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. In compliance with EU consumer protection law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason (see "EU Cooling-Off Period" below).

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return: The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. Returned items must not show signs of handling, such as fingerprints, stains, or wear. We recommend wearing gloves when handling your item. Once we receive your return, it will undergo Quality Inspection. Items that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to you without a refund.

Returns must be pre-approved. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of receipt at storemilano@colombo.com so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for: Discounted or sale items, Customized or personalized products, Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and passed quality inspection, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us at storemilano@colombo.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
